To proceed with the modification of your booking, the above changing fee has to be accepted.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the ferry company you chose to travel with. In general, the closer to the departure date you cancel, the smaller your refund will be.

If you wish to proceed with a cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. You can send your request for cancellation to our main email or directly to the associate that assisted you with your reservation. In either case, please remember to quote your client number, your reservation code or your Bonus per Mile card number.

From the refundable amount, Greekferries Club SA withholds a 10% cancellation fee.

Please note that service fees and delivery fees are not refundable.

All refunds are made based on the payment method you had selected. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your card. If you paid by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide your account’s IBAN & BIC for the refund.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before departure: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation from 29 days till 7 days before departure: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation from 6 days till 24hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure and for non-show tickets there is no refund.
  • The refund is only made by the agency that has issued the ticket.

Cancellation policy:

Tickets can be canceled only in the travel agencies where they were issued, providing the original tickets. No ticket cancellation can be made by phone.

  • up to 14 days before departure: 100% return fare.
  • up to 7 days before departure: 75% return fare.
  • up to 12 hours before departure: 50% return fare.
  • for cancellations that are made in less than 12 hours before the departure, the fare is not refunded.

Delay or cancellation of an itinerary due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions):

  • Delay of departure: Passengers can embark with the same tickets.
  • Cancellation of itinerary: in case of cancellation, tickets are no longer valid and should be replaced with new for the next scheduled departure with available seats.

Open tickets:

  • Open date tickets are valid for one year from the date of their 1st issue and not from any subsequent change.

High Season: (01/06/2024-08/09/2024)

  • 100% cancellation as at least 7 days before the scheduled departure time or the tickets are converted to open date.
  • 50% cancellation up to at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time or the tickets are converted to open date.
  • From 12 hours up to at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time, possibility to convert the tickets into open tickets.
  • 100% cancellation in case of cancellation within 24 hours from the time of issue.
  • Tickets issued on the day of travel are cancelled up to half an hour after issue and necessarily at least three hours before the scheduled time of departure.
  • 100% cancellation in case of non-execution of the route. After departure the tickets are not cancelled and cannot be converted to open date tickets, and the date cannot be changed.

Low Season (all other dates)

  • 100% cancellation as at least 3 days before the scheduled departure time or the tickets are converted to open date.
  • 50% cancellation up to at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time or the tickets are converted to open date.
  • Less than three hours and up to at least one hour before the scheduled departure time the tickets can be converted into open date tickets.
  • 100% cancellation in case of cancellation within 24 hours from the time of issue.
  • Tickets issued on the day of travel are cancelled up to half an hour after issue and necessarily at least two hours before the scheduled time of departure.
  • Unprinted or misprinted tickets must be cancelled on the spot by the agent.
  • 100% cancellation in case of non-performance of the itinerary. After departure, tickets are not cancelled and cannot be converted into open date tickets, and the date cannot be changed.

Cancellation policy

HIGH SEASON: 16/12/2022–09/01/2023, 24/02/2023–28/02/2023, 07/04/2023–24/04/2023, 02/06/2023–06/06/2023, 23/06/2023-11/09/2023

  • Up to 14 days prior to departure: Tickets are canceled without charge or are converted into open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 13 to 7 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fees or are alternatively converted into open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 6 days up to 2 hours prior to departure: 50% cancellation fees or are alternatively converted into open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 2 hours before and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees, tickets cannot be converted into open date and no change of date is possible.
  • After the departure: Tickets cannot be canceled or converted into open date and no change of date is possible.

LOW SEASON: (all other dates)

  • Up to 1 hour before departure: Tickets are canceled without charge or are converted into open date.
  • 1 hour prior to departure and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees, tickets cannot be converted into open date and no change of date is possible.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be canceled or converted into open date and no change of date is not possible.

Open-Date tickets

  • Open date tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees only if they have been issued as open date tickets from the beginning.
  • When tickets have been converted to open date, the date of cancellation is considered to be the date that the ticket became open and the applicable refund is made in accordance with the original travel date.

Cancellation Policy

From the ticket issuance:

  • Up to 7 days prior to the scheduled departure of the ship: Tickets can be cancelled without cancellation penalties (100% refund) as long as the whole body of the ticket is returned.
  • Up to 4 days prior to the scheduled departure of the ship: Tickets can be cancelled with a 75% refund of the fare, as long as the whole body of the ticket is returned.
  • Up to 1 day prior to the scheduled departure of the ship: Tickets can be cancelled with a cancellation penalty of 50% (50% refund), as long as the whole body of the ticket is returned.

NOTE: All tickets may be changed into Open-Date Tickets up to one (1) hour before the time of scheduled departure.

After departure: tickets cannot be cancelled or changed into Open-Date Tickets and the date of travel may not be changed.

Open-Date tickets

  • Open date tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of the original journey or from the date of issuance of the ticket in case no travel date is indicated. Open date tickets are not accepted for boarding and it is necessary to replace the original tickets with new tickets before boarding.
  • If fares have been increased by the date of travel, the price difference between the open date ticket and the new fare must be paid.
  • Tickets can be converted to OPEN (open date) up to one (1) hour prior to departure.

According to the time of cancellation of the ticket, the following apply:

High season travel from 24/05/24 up to 30/09/24

Up to 4 days from the scheduled travel date:

  • Refund of fare without cancellation fees.
  • Convert tickets to open date tickets.
  • Convert tickets to new travel date tickets.

Up to 2 hours before departure

  • 50% refund of the fare or converted into open date tickets or new travel date tickets.
  • Return of fare without cancellation fees for proven reasons of force majeure.

Less than 2 hours to departure time:

  • The fare is non-refundable.
  • Tickets are not converted to open date tickets or changed to new travel date tickets.
  • Conversion of tickets into open date tickets only for proven reasons of force majeure.
  • Convert tickets to new travel date tickets only for proven reasons of force majeure.

After departure

  • The fare is non-refundable.
  • Tickets are not converted to open date tickets.
  • Tickets are not converted to new travel date tickets.

Open date tickets

  • Open-date tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees if they were originally issued as open date tickets.
  • Tickets that have been converted into open date tickets are subject to the cancellation conditions applicable to the original tickets.

Low travel season until 23/05/24 and as from 01/10/24 up to 17/11/24

Up to 24 hours from scheduled travel date

  • Refund of fare without cancellation fees.
  • Convert tickets into open date tickets.
  • Convert tickets to new travel date tickets.

In the last 24h before departure time:

  • 50% refund of the fare or converted into open date tickets or new travel date tickets.
  • Return of fare without cancellation fees for proven reasons of force majeure.

After departure

  • The fare is non-refundable.
  • Tickets are not converted to open date tickets.
  • Tickets are not converted to new travel date tickets.

Fare refunds are only made by the agencies that issued the tickets

Duration of open date tickets

  • Tickets issued as open date tickets as well as tickets converted into open date tickets have a validity period of one year from the date of issue.

Cancellation policy

  • 7 days prior to departure, tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees or converted to open date or changed to another date.
  • From 7 days to 4 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Alternatively, tickets can be converted to open date or changed to another travel date.
  • 4 hours before and up to departure, 50% cancellation fee.
  • After departure, tickets cannot be cancelled nor converted to open date and no change of travel date is possible.

Open-Date tickets

  • Can be cancelled without fees only if issued as open-date tickets.
  • For tickets that have been converted to open-date, the cancellation policy of the original tickets applies.

Please note that reservations including the Early Booking Offer are non-refundable (excluding fuel surcharge and ETS), but may be changed while maintaining the offer until 29.02.2024. From 01.03.2024, tickets can be changed or made open, by paying the price difference towards the standard price. Any applicable fees by Greekferries Club are independent.

Adriatic Lines

  • From the date of the ticket issuance and up to 22 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 21 days up to 8 days before the scheduled departure: 80% refund.
  • From 7 days up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • The Company is in no obligation to refund any amount in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure or in case the passenger does not show up at boarding.
  • In the event of partial cancellation of the return ticket, if the passenger has already travelled one leg of the journey, the time restrictions mentioned above apply for the second leg of the journey.
  • Up to 4 hours before departure, tickets can be converted to "Open Date" tickets or to another departure date. If further cancelation is requested, the refund is calculated based on the original travel date.
  • Tickets can be refunded only by the issuing agency.

Open Tickets

Tickets initially issued as open return tickets are valid for one year from the date of issuance (not the date of booking or printing). They can be canceled with a full refund of the fare, provided the cancellation request is made before the ticket's expiration.

Tickets that have been converted to open return status are valid for one year from the original travel date (not the booking, issuance, or printing date). In the event of cancellation, the cancellation date is considered the date the ticket was made open, and any refunds are based on the original travel date.

Passengers with open return tickets must book their return trip in advance, and only through the travel agency, port agent, Premium Sales Agent, or the company's office where the booking and payment were made. The total fare is calculated based on the low season rate of the current price list. If the journey occurs during the medium or high season, or during the validity of a new fare, passengers are required to pay the difference between the current and pre-paid fare. Bookings are subject to seat availability, and the company cannot guarantee transportation on the preferred date or seat. Alternative travel dates or seats will be offered.

Fare Refund Policy:

  • From the ticket issuance and up to 14 days prior the scheduled departure of the ship: Tickets can be cancelled without cancellation penalties if the whole body of the ticket is returned.
  • From the ticket issuance and up to 7 days prior the scheduled departure of the ship: Tickets can be cancelled with a cancellation penalty of 25% as long as the whole body of the ticket is returned.
  • From the ticket issuance and up to 12 hours prior the scheduled departure of the ship: Tickets can be cancelled with a cancellation penalty of 50% as long as the whole body of the ticket is returned.

NOTE: All tickets may be changed into Open Date Tickets up to one (1) hour prior the time of scheduled departure.

After departure: Tickets are not cancelled, nor change into Open Date Tickets and the date of travel may not be changed.

CYCLADES - DODECANESE - N. AEGEAN

HIGH SEASON: 15/03/24-16/03/24, 18/03/24, 22/03/24-23/03/24, 25/3/24, 26/04/24-12/05/24 & 01/06/24-29/09/24*

  • 7 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 12 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees must be paid, tickets cannot be made open and it is not possible to change the date.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.

(*) For the period 26/04/24-05/05/24 & 20/06/24-22/06/24 for all departures from Piraeus, Lavrio, Volos & Kavala & Thessaloniki and for the period 06/05/24-12/05/24 & 24/06/24-25/06/24 for all departures to Piraeus, Lavrio, Volos & Kavala & Thessaloniki, tickets are cancelled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date, 14 days prior to departure. Up to 7 days prior to departure, a 25% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.

Τhe above applies to all in between routes as well.

LOW SEASON: All other dates except those mentioned in HIGH SEASON

  • 3 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or change to another date.
  • Up to 1 hour prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees must be paid, tickets cannot be made open and it is not possible to change the date
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.

OPEN DATE TICKETS

  • Open date tickets are cancelled without charge when they have been originally issued as open.
  • For tickets that have been converted to open date the cancelation policy of the original tickets applies.
  • In case the passenger wants to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare paid, the price difference needs to be paid.

SARONIC ROUTES:

HIGH SEASON: 15/03/24-16/03/24, 18/03/24, 22/03/24-23/03/24, 25/3/24, 26/04/24-12/05/24 & 01/06/24-29/09/24*

  • 4 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to 4 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees must be paid, tickets cannot be made open and it is not possible to change the date.
  • In Piraeus-Aegina-Agistri - Methana route, tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date, up to the departure.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.

(*) For the period 26/04/24-05/05/24 & 20/06/24-22/06/24 for all departures from Piraeus and for the period 06/05/24-12/05/24 & 24/06/24-25/06/24 for all departures to Piraeus, tickets are cancelled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date, 7 days prior to departure. CRETE ROUTES:

HIGH SEASON: 15/12/23-07/01/24, 15/03/24, 18/03/24, 26/04/24-12/05/24 & 20/06/24-08/09/24

  • Up to 14 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to 7 days prior to departure: A 25% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can beconverted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to 2 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to the departure: 50% cancellation charge is applied and the tickets cannot be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.

LOW SEASON: All the other dates except those mentioned in HIGH SEASON

  • Up to 1 hour prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to the departure: 50% cancellation charge is applied and the tickets cannot be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.

OPEN DATE TICKETS

  • Open date tickets are cancelled without charge when they have been originally issued as open.
  • For tickets that have been converted to open date the cancelation policy of the original tickets applies.
  • In case the passenger wants to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare paid, the price difference needs to be paid.
  • DELAYED DEPARTURE: Passengers and vehicles can embark without changing their tickets.
  • CANCELLATION OF DEPARTURE: The tickets of a cancelled departure are not valid for embarkation and must be exchanged with a new ticket for the next scheduled departure, subject to availability.
  • ATTENTION: In case of a departure being delayed or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions etc., passengers are kindly requested to contact the company’s port agencies in order to be informed about the new departure time.

Cancellation policy

  • Up to 7 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 7 days prior up to 12 hours prior to departure: 50% cancellation fees are withheld or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 12 hours up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees are withheld; tickets cannot be converted to open date, while date change is not possible.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date, while date change is not possible.

TICKET CHANGES

  • Passenger has the option to convert his/her ticket into an open date ticket up to 12 hours prior to departure (as indicated on the ticket) and its duration will be valid for one year from the indicated date.
  • In case passenger wishes to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare paid, then he/she must pay the difference between the current fare and the fare paid.
  • For the replacement of thermal tickets, it is essential to present the original ticket and can be done either at the issuing agency or at the shipping agent designated by the company in each port.
  • In case of cancellation of the open ticket, the cancellation policy of the original ticket applies.

Ticket is non-refundable. According Distance Contracts Directive dated 11.27.2014 "Use of Withdrawal Rights and Obligations of Parties" in regulating the "third part" article written under the title of "transport services"; BUYER has no right of withdrawal. Alternations can be made within 12 hours notice for open ticket or date change request.

Free cancellation up to 24h

  • Free cancellation up to 24h before scheduled departure time
  • No changes are possible during the last 24 hours. The tickets cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation of tickets and return of fare:

  • Up to 8 days prior to departure time: Tickets can be cancelled without cancellation penalties if the whole body of the ticket is returned or they can be converted to open date tickets.
  • From 7 days up until the scheduled time of departure: Tickets can be cancelled with a cancellation penalty of 50% as long as the whole body of the ticket is returned or alternatively, they can be converted to open date tickets.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to open date, and no change of date is possible. Tickets can only be cancelled by the travel agents by which they were issued; they cannot be cancelled by phone. Persons wishing to cancel a ticket must deliver it to the agency that has issued it.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

  • From the date of the ticket issue and up to 30 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 29 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% refund.
  • From 6 days up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • In less than 24 hours of the scheduled departure the fare is not refunded.
  • Tickets can be refunded or converted only by the issuing agency or by the Company in case of online booking.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled by telephone.
  • NON-SHOW tickets are not refundable.

Cancellations and refund

Tickets can be cancelled only in the travel agencies where they were issued, providing the original tickets. No ticket cancellation can be made by phone. Terms of cancellation according to cancellation time

  • Up to 7 days before departure: 75% refund or change to open date ticket.
  • From 6 days up to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund or change to open date ticket.
  • Tickets cannot been cancelled or changed to open date after vessel’s departure.

Open-date tickets and replaced tickets cannot be cancelled. To convert tickets to an open date, you should contact with the agency that you had purchased the tickets.

Open-Date tickets

Tickets can be converted in open status till 12 hours before the departure. Open date tickets are valid for one year from the issuing date. Open date tickets are not valid for embarkation unless replaced by new tickets with the date of departure. If fare has been increased, passengers have to pay the difference, otherwise the amount is not refundable.

Cancellation policy

  • Tickets cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours before the ship’s departure time have no charge.
  • Tickets cancelled up to twelve (12) hours before the ship’s departure (exact time) have 50% refund of the fare.
  • Tickets that have been converted to Open Date in case of cancellation have a 50% deduction, provided that the body of the ticket is returned in its entirety.
  • For cancellations made in less than twelve (12) hours before departure time fare CANNOT be refunded.

After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to open date, and no change of date is possible.

Open Date Tickets

  • Passenger or vehicle tickets can be converted to Open-Date tickets to be used on a future trip.
  • Tickets can be changed only by the tourist office/ agency or shipping agency which has issued the ticket or by the company’s central shipping agencies at the ports.
  • Open-Date tickets are replaced by a new ticket of equal or greater value ONLY ONCE, by paying the difference depending on the availability for the same or a different itinerary. For this new ticket all cancellation terms do not apply and any difference in price is not refundable. The new ticket cannot be issued with any discount if the original ticket has no discount. Vehicles tickets cannot be replaced by any passenger tickets and vice-versa.
  • Tickets can be converted to Open-Date tickets up to four (4) hours before ship departure in low season.
  • In high season and legal holidays, tickets can be converted to Open-Date tickets up to twenty-four (24) hours before ship departure.

Low Season:

  • from 01-01-2024 to 14-03-2024
  • from 27-03-2024 to 25-04-2024
  • from 13-05-2024 to 31-05-2024
  • from 16-09-2024 to 29-09-2024

High Season:

  • from 15-03-2024 to 26-03-2024
  • from 26-04-2024 to 12-05-2024
  • from 01-06-2024 to 15-09-2024

Open-Date tickets are valid up to one year from the date and time of issue of the original ticket. It is necessary that the initial ticket be replaced with a new ticket before boarding. If, until the date of travel, the fare has been increased, owners of such tickets must pay the difference between the current and the pre-paid open ticket fare.

For bookings made from 5/12/23 on all lines* and for travel until September 2024, the following cancellation penalties will apply:

  • 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure.
  • 30% from 19 days up to 4 days before departure.
  • 50% from 3 days up to 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% less than 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted.

*Balearics and Albania lines excluded: for them, for bookings from 5/12/2023 the cancellation is free if made within 7 days before departure, after the seventh day the following penalties apply:

  • 30% from 6 days to 4 days before departure.
  • 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.

*And Almeria-Nador line excluded: for it, for bookings from 21/02/2024 the cancellation is free if made within 2 hours before departure, after the following penalties applied are:

  • 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.

For bookings made from 23/11/23 to 04/12/23, for bookings on all lines and for travel from November 2023 to September 2024, cancellation is free if made within 14 days before departure; after the fourteenth day, the following penalties apply:

  • 30% from 13 days up to 4 days before departure.
  • 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% less than 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted.

For bookings made from 07/11/23 to 22/11/23 on all lines* and for travel up to September 2024, the following cancellation penalties will apply:

  • 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure.
  • 30% from 19 days up to 4 days before departure.
  • 50% from 3 days up to 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% less than 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted.

*Balearics and Albania lines excluded: for them, for bookings from 7/11/2023 the cancellation is free if made within 7 days before departure, after the seventh day the following penalties apply:

For bookings made from 23/10/23 to 06/11/23, for bookings on all lines and for travel from November 2023 to September 2024, cancellation is free if made within 14 days before departure; after the fourteenth day, the following penalties apply:

  • 30% from 13 days up to 4 days before departure.
  • 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% less than 2 hours before departure.
  • 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted.

Partial ticket cancellation is not possible, therefore any cancellation refers to the entire travel pass.

Changes

Ticket replacement involves a fee

  • of € 30.00 being charged for the lines to/from Morocco, Genoa-Barcelona, Genoa-Tunis, Civitavecchia-Tunis and Palermo-Tunis and a fee
  • of € 25 on the Italian national cabotage lines (e.g. Genoa-Palermo, Genoa-Porto Torres, Genoa-Olbia, Civitavecchia-Palermo/Termini Imerese, Civitavecchia-Olbia, Naples-Palermo/Termini Imerese); for the Bari to Durres and Valencia/Barcelona to the Balearic Islands lines, no ticket replacement fee is applied.

No changing fees are due for lines to and from Albania and Balearic. If you change your ticket, you will only pay the eventual fare difference of the new booking due to: changes in date, addition of meals, people etc.

Round-trip tickets issued at a special fee can only be changed at the same time, with the fixed fee charged on both tickets.

Any changes made to the issued ticket do not entitle the holder to a refund; the holder must pay the difference for the changed ticket if the change includes superior accommodation and/or if the ticket fare is higher.Ticket changes are not allowed during check-in. Ticket changes are not allowed if the ticket was issued under specific and/or special conditions. Presale tickets may not be changed, except after conversion into final tickets and relevant balance payment.

Cancellations must be notified to the Carrier in writing or by the travel agency that issued the ticket.

The following cancellation fees apply on the total amount of the ticket (passengers, vehicles, pets, other items)*:

Full fare ticket:

  • 10% penalty (plus fix dues) up to 30 days prior to sailing.
  • 30% penalty (plus fix dues) from 29 to 7 days prior to sailing.
  • 50% penalty (plus fix dues) from 6 to 2 days prior to sailing.
  • 100% penalty (plus fix dues), 1 day or less from departure and no show.

* Meals on board and shuttle bus service:
- they are not refundable in case of 100% penalty or no show
- they are 100% refundable in all other cases.

Special fare tickets are not refundable. No refund is granted for missed embarkation due to refusal by authority or due to missing or insufficient personal documentation or vehicle documentation. The tickets, which were made two changes of sailing date, are not refundable. Tickets with special Agreement are refundable if they are Special Fare tickets, otherwise they will be not refunded.

TICKET CANCELLATIONS/RETURN OF TICKETS/SEAFARERS' RETURN

Ticket cancellations can only be made by the issuing agencies and if they have the original tickets are presented.

Tickets cannot be cancelled by telephone.

  • Cancellation of tickets is allowed only 72 hours before the departure of the ship.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are not refundable.

OPEN DATE TICKETS

Open date tickets are not accepted for boarding unless the departure date is confirmed and a boarding pass is issued.

Open tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue and may only be changed once.

If the passenger wishes to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare has been paid, he/she must pay the difference between the current fare.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 24 hours before the departure, no cancellation fee applies.
  • If tickets are cancelled within 24 hours from departure 50% cancellation fee applies.

Open-Date Tickets

  • Tickets can be converted to open up to 24 hours before departure. After that, they cannot be modified.
  • They are valid for the year in which the original tickets were issued.

Depending on the date/time the cancellation request is made, the following apply:

  • For cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time, 100% of the ticket fare is refunded.
  • For cancellations up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time, 75% of the ticket fare is refunded.
  • For cancellations less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure, there is no refund.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the time of cancellation the following amounts are refunded:

  • 100% refund, if cancellation is made within a period of more than 1 week from the date of departure.
  • 75% refund if canceled 1 week before the departure date.
  • 50% refund, if canceled 3 days before the departure date.
  • The company has no obligation to refund any amount of money in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or if the passenger does not show up at boarding.

In case of change of the date of your tickets, the refund is not valid.

Open-Date Tickets

All tickets can be converted into Open-Date tickets up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time (this process can only be done once).

  • Open date tickets can be used on the next trip depending on availability, within 6 months from the date of the original ticket.
  • The choice of the next departure date must be stated at least one day before the scheduled departure.
  • In case of cancellation of the tickets that have been converted into an open date, the money will not be refunded.

Cancellation of tickets or conversion of tickets on an open date during the High and Low period.

HIGH SEASON

1/4 to 15/10 and 15/12 to 15/1

  • Up to one day before departure, 100% of the fare is refunded.
  • The same or even after departure, tickets are not canceled and are not converted to an open date, while a change of date is not possible.

LOW SEASON

16/1 to 30/3 and 16/10 to 14/12

  • Up to one hour before departure, tickets are canceled without cancellation fees or converted to an open date.
  • After departure, tickets are not canceled and are not converted to an open date, while a change of date is not possible.

TICKET CANCELLATIONS

  • Tickets are only canceled by the issuing agencies. It is not possible to cancel by phone. Interested parties should submit their tickets to the issuing agency.

Cancellation policy

  • If cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled departure date of the ship, the full fare plus third party deductions and VAT will be refunded.
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date of departure, 75% of the fare plus third party deductions and VAT will be refunded.
  • If cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the vessel, 50% of the fare plus third party deductions and VAT shall be refunded.
  • If cancelled less than 12 hours from the scheduled time of departure, no refund will be made.
  • Tickets can only be cancelled by the issuing agencies, provided that the ticket has not already been modified.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled by telephone.

Open-Date tickets

  • Open tickets are not cancelled and no refund can be made.
  • Open-date tickets are valid for twelve (12) months.
  • Passengers with open-date tickets are required to book in time and issue a ticket for the specific route they wish to travel on.
  • If the fare is higher on the date the passenger wishes to travel then the difference must be paid.
  • If the value of the new fare is lower, the passenger is not entitled to a refund of the difference.

Ticket Cancellations

Up to 14 days before the scheduled date and time of travel:

  • Full refund without cancellation fees, or
  • Change to open-date tickets, or
  • Change to new travel date tickets.

Up to 7 days before the scheduled date and time of travel:

  • 75% fare refund, or
  • Change to open-date tickets, or
  • Change to new travel date tickets.

Up to 12 hours before departure:

  • 50% fare refund, or
  • Change to open-date tickets, or
  • Change to new travel date tickets.

Fare refund without cancellation fees for proven reasons of force majeure.

Up to 3 hours before departure:

  • Change to open-date tickets, or
  • Change to new travel date tickets.

Fare refund without cancellation fees for proven reasons of force majeure.

Less than 3 hours before departure: Tickets cannot be converted to open-date tickets or new travel date tickets.

Conversion of tickets to open-date tickets or for a new travel date can only be done for proven reasons of force majeure.

After Departure

  • No fare refund.
  • Tickets cannot be converted to open-date tickets or new travel date tickets.

Cancellation of Open-Date Tickets

  • Open-date tickets are canceled without cancellation fees if they were initially issued as open-date tickets.
  • Tickets converted to open-date tickets are subject to the cancellation terms that apply to the original tickets.
  • Fare refunds are made only by the agencies that issued the tickets.

Free cancellation or conversion to Open until the time of departure is allowed.

You can have your tickets open to be used on the dates you wish, 24 hours before the departure time. The return depends on the return conditions of the relevant companies.

  • The seller cannot be requested to change the passenger, date, time and routeinformation of the electronic tickets purchased according to this contract in anyway. The buyer hereby accepts and undertakes that he/she will not change theticket purchased according to this contract in any way after the sales confirmationand will not request a refund.
  • The ticket fee is not refunded to the passenger who is not allowed to board theship by the competent authorities or who cannot travel due to visa procedures.

Early Bookings:

  • Bookings finalized with the Early Booking discount are not refundable.
  • Tickets can be made open or changed to other travel dates by paying the price difference towards the standard price.

International Routes

  • Up to 30 days before the scheduled departure: 90% refund.
  • From 29 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 70% refund.
  • From 6 days up to 2 days before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • 24 hour prior to departure time: the fare is not refunded.
  • Tickets can be refunded only by the issuing agency.
  • The fare is not refundable for Non Show, Open Date tickets and if boarding is prohibited by port authorities due to insufficient documents (passenger or vehicle).
  • Requests for cancellation of a regular fare ticket will not be accepted if the date, time, route have already been changed twice.
  • For special fare tickets, ticket cancellation or individual items does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise provided for in the conditions of applicability of the special offer.

Domestic Routes (Crete & Cyclades islands)

  • From the date of the ticket issue and up to 14 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 13 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% refund.
  • From 6 days up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours prior to departure time the fare is non refundable.
  • Non Show and Open Date tickets are non refundable.

Open Tickets

It is possible to convert tickets to Open date tickets, for a future trip, as long as the request in made as follows:

  • An open date ticket can be replaced by a new ticket of equal or greater value, by paying the price difference and are subsequent to availability.
  • The above cancellation conditions do not apply to the newly issued ticket and no refund can be made in the case it is not used.
  • The newly issued ticket can only include discounts that were included in the original ticket and also a passenger ticket cannot be not replaced by a vehicle ticket or vice versa.
  • Open tickets are valid (can be replaced with a new ticket) for one year from the original date of departure.

Issued tickets are refundable, subject to the following conditions:

  • Ticket cancellation within 15 minutes of ticket issuance. Refund will be in full without penalty.
  • Ticket cancellation one day before the departure date. The refund will be null and void. You will forfeit the entire trip fee.
  • Ticket cancellation two days before the departure date. The 25% fee penalty will be applied to the ticket.
  • Ticket cancellation three days before the departure date. Refund will be in full without penalty.

Special fare tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of not making the trip, and also cannot be changed for other connections. Group fare tickets cannot be partially refunded. Only in the event that the ride for which the ticket was issued is not performed will it be possible to request a full refund of the ticket.

Tickets to be canceled by the passenger’s choice can be canceled up to 48 hours before departure, at the ticket office that issued them, with a 30% penalty. After this deadline, no reimbursement is due.

CANCELLATIONS OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS AND PTA

  • Up to 14 days before the scheduled departure time: 100% refund of the fare if the body of the ticket is returned in its entirety.
  • Up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time: 75% refund of the fare if the body is returned in its entirety.
  • Up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time: 50% refund of the fare if the body of the ticket is returned in its entirety. However, it is mandatory to print electronic and PTA tickets on thermal tickets from the company's central port agencies or at the agencies where the tickets were issued.

NOTE: Tickets can be converted to open date tickets up to one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time. After departure: Tickets cannot be canceled, cannot be converted to open date, and date change is not possible.

OPEN DATE TICKETS

Open-date tickets are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and are not accepted for boarding. Tickets can be made OPEN to one (1) hour before departure. The OPEN ticket must be replaced with a new ticket before boarding.

Cancellation Policy

  • Ticket cancellations can only be made by the issuing agencies and only if the original ticket have been presented. Tickets cannot be cancelled over the telephone.
  • 100% refund of the ticket price up to 14 days before the scheduled departure of the ferry.
  • 75% refund of the ticket price up to 7 days before the scheduled departure of the ferry.
  • 50% refund of the ticket price up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the ferry.
  • In case a passenger or vehicle ticket has already been modified within the 14 days from the original travel date, the above refunds do not apply and the fare is not refundable. After the departure of the ferry, the tickets cannot be cancelled and there is no possibility to change the date of the trip.

Cancellations

  • Up to 24 hours prior to departure: Tickets are fully refundable (for online bookings, money refunded back into the bank card/account used for your original reservation) or new tickets of the same or greater value can be issued for a different date/time, also depending on availability.
  • From 24 hours up to 12 hours prior to departure time: Tickets are cancelled with a 50% refund of the amount paid, or they are transferred to another date based on availability, or they are converted to open dated.
  • Between 12 hours and 1 hour prior to departure: Tickets are NOT refundable. Passengers can only modify their tickets for a different time/date and of the same or greater value, depending on availability, or convert them to open dated.
  • For less than 1 hour prior to departure: No refund or amendment of tickets is possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 24 hours before departure: 100% refund
  • Up to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • 12 hours or less before departure: no refund
  • Alternatively, tickets can be converted to "Open Date Tickets", for another departure date, up to one hour before the original departure.Open tickets are valid until the end of the season.

Cancellation Policy

From the date of issuance of the ticket:

  • Up to 14 days before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 100% refund of the fare provided that the ticket is returned intact.
  • Up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 75% refund of the fare provided that the ticket is returned intact.
  • Up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 50% refund of the fare provided that the ticket is returned intact.
  • Tickets can be converted to OPEN tickets up to three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • After the departure of the ferry, the tickets cannot be cancelled, they cannot be converted to open date tickets (OPEN) and there is no possibility to change the date of the trip.

Open-Date tickets

  • Open date tickets are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and are not accepted for boarding.
  • It is necessary to replace the original ticket with a new ticket before boarding.
  • Tickets can be made OPEN up to three (3) hours before the scheduled departure.

Passenger-Friendly Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund when you cancel up to 24 hours before departure.
  • Make your ticket open up to 1 hour after departure online for added flexibility.
  • Cancel your ticket within 1 hour of issuance free of charge.
  • Make multiple changes to your ticket up to 24 hours before departure.
  • Transfer your ticket to another name for a small fee of €5.

Alternatively, the passenger is given the possibility to convert these tickets into Open Date (Open) in order to use them on a future trip, provided that the request has been made before departure.

After the vessel's departure tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to Open Date (Open) and cannot be transferred to another date.

Tickets cannot be cancelled via telephone. Tickets can be cancelled or converted only by the travel agent that issued them or by the company's central port agent.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days prior to departure: tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees.
  • From 6 days up to departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

Open tickets

  • 4 hours before departure, the tickets can be converted to open-date tickets.

Changes in purchased tickets can be made, subject to availability of seats, with the payment of an agency fee of € 25.00 in addition to the penalties and tariff additions provided by the issuing shipping company.

Failure to show up for boarding will result in the loss of the ticket without the right to any refund.

  • From the day of issuance and up to 7 days before departure: full refund
  • From 6 to 3 days before departure: 75% refund of ticket value
  • From 3 days to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund of ticket value
  • From 12 hours up to the departure time: no refund

Note: Non-show and open date tickets cannot be cancelled

  • Up to 7 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 7 days and up to 2 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 2 hours prior and up to the departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied. Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel on another date.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel on another date.

LOW SEASON: All other dates except those mentioned in HIGH SEASON

  • Up to 3 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 3 days and up to 2 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 2 hours and up to the departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied. Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel on another date.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel on another date.

OPEN DATE TICKETS

  • Open date tickets are valid for boarding only if a boarding card, valid for the specific date of travel, has been issued.
  • Open date tickets are valid for maximum one (1) year since the date they were converted to “open”, or until the ship ceases to operate the specific itinerary.
  • If passengers wish to travel on a date when a higher fare is in force, then they must pay the difference between the current and the pre-paid open ticket fare.

ATTENTION

  • Tickets can be cancelled only by the agents that issued them.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled over the phone. The tickets must be delivered to the issuing agent.
  • Tickets can be cancelled with 100% refund when cancellation takes place up to 145 hours before departure.
  • Tickets can be cancelled with 50% refund when cancellation takes place from 145 hours until departure.
  • Tickets can be converted to OPEN up to 12 hours before departure.

After this period, only cancellation is possible with 50% refund.

  • A 100% refund, up to 91 days prior to departure.
  • A 80% refund, from 90 days up to 8 days prior to departure.
  • A 50% refund, from 7 days to 24 hours prior to departure.
  • The Company has no obligation to refund in case of cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to ship’s departure or if the passenger does not report at check-in.

Tickets can be converted to OPEN date tickets or to another departure date. If these tickets are cancelled, the date that tickets have been converted to OPEN or to another departure date is considered as the date of cancellation and the refund is calculated in relation to the original travel date. OPEN return date tickets, originally issued as OPEN, not converted to OPEN, are refunded, if cancelled with a 100% refund (the OPEN return crossing). In the event of a partial cancellation of a round trip of which one crossing has been completed, the passenger will be refunded as above (based on the time of cancellation) for the crossing that is not completed. In the event of a whole cancellation of a round trip, the passenger will be refunded as above (based on the time of cancelation). A request for refund must be made in writing. Cancellations and refunds can only be settled through the Travel Agency or offices of the Company, where tickets issued. The Company is entitled to retain the total value of ticket if the passenger interrupts his voyage at an intermediate port, unless the interruption is due to illness, accident or force majeure.

Cancellation policy:

For the periods 15/03/24 till 18/03/24, 22/03/24 till 25/03/24, 01/05/24 till 07/05/24, 21/06/24 till 25/06/24 and 01/07/24 till 01/09/24

  • Up to 5 days before departure: tickets are cancelled without cancellation fee or converted to open date or for another date.
  • From 5 days to 12 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Alternatively, tickets are converted to open date or for another date.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled over the phone.
  • After departure, tickets cannot be cancelled nor converted to open date neither a change of date is possible.

For the other periods:

  • Up to 3 days before departure: tickets are cancelled without cancellation fee or converted to open date or for another date.
  • From 3 days to 2 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Alternatively, tickets are converted to open date.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled over the phone.
  • After departure, tickets cannot be cancelled nor converted to open date neither a change of date is possible.

Open-Date tickets:

  • Open-date tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • They may only be changed once and cannot be cancelled.
