Corfu city

Corfu city is the capital and one of the most beautiful cities in Greece. It is both administrative and commercial centre of the island. Although the historic city has maintained by far its Venetian architecture, at the same time it has all the elements of a modern city.

Kassiopi

Kassiopi is located on a beautiful landscape in the northeast corner of the island, about 30 kilometres from the town and airport.

Endless olive groves covering the surrounding hills and the countless small bays with gravel and pebbles forming the rocky coast are great to see. It is a historic and picturesque village revealing something of its history.

Amfionas

It would be unforgivable to come to Corfu and not to visit the village of Amfionas. The traditional village surrounds the peninsula at the bay of Agios Georgios at north-western Corfu, 35 km away from Corfu town and the airport. You will arrive after a journey through small picturesque villages and olive groves.

Prinylas

The village has a panoramic view over the bay of St. George and is referred to as the capital of Byzantine Dekarchia according to a document in 1200 AD. Dominant surname in the village is Gialopsos.

The village’s church is Agios Nikolaos, built on the 14th century. It is a preserved village with characteristics streets, houses and mansion of the early 20th century.
